"What is a Remnant"
And I asked the Lord, “What
is a Remnant?”
I believe that He revealed to me that
"A Remnant is 1/6"
“Five Examples of a Remnant being 1/6”
Pay special attention to example # 5 with regard to the portion of Jewish people
who will receive Messiah.
First
And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, “Send men to spy out the land of Canaan,
which I am giving to the children of Israel; from each tribe of their fathers
you shall send a man, every one a leader among them.” So Moses sent them from
the Wilderness of Paran according to the command of the LORD, all of them men
who were heads of the children of Israel.
Numbers 13:1-3 (one man from each tribe or 12 were sent)
There were twelve spies that were sent into “The Land”. 10 came back with a bad
report. Yet Caleb & Joshua, 2 came back saying “ Let us go at once and take
possession, for we are will able to overcome it.
Of the 12 spies only
2 of the 12 came back with a
good report
or 1/6 (or a
remnant) had Faith to enter in to The Land!
Second
Now Joshua the son of Nun sent out two men from Acacia Grove to spy secretly,
saying, “Go, view the land, especially Jericho.” Joshua 2:1
There were twelve tribes, but only
two of the twelve, 2 of 12 = 1/6 (or a
remnant)
were Chosen!
Third
In 2nd Samuel Chapters 2 & 3 we read that after the death of King Saul,
the
nation of Israel is split in to two kingdoms,
the Northern Kingdom of Israel and
the Southern Kingdom of Judah.
Again there were Twelve tribes, the 10 tribes of Israel and the 2 tribes of
Judah & Benjamin.
There were twelve tribes, but only two of the twelve,
2 of 12 = 1/6 (or a
remnant) were Holy before the Lord because of King David.
Fourth
Solomon had a vineyard
at Baal Hamon; He leased the vineyard to keepers;
Everyone was to bring for its fruit A thousand silver coins.
(To Solomon)
My own vineyard is before me. You, O Solomon, may have a thousand,
And those who tend its fruit two hundred. Song of Solomon 8:11 & 12
The King received 1,000 coins and the workers (laborers) received 200 coins.
Two hundred of twelve hundred, 2 of 12 =
1/6 (or a remnant) belonged to the
laborers!
Fifth
Zechariah describes the
Tribulation period.
Zechariah 13: 7-9
“ Awake, O sword, against
My Shepherd, Against the Man who is My Companion,” Says the LORD of hosts,
“ Strike the Shepherd, And the sheep will be scattered; Then I will
turn My hand against the little ones.
And it shall come to pass in all the land,” Says the LORD,
“That
two-thirds in it shall be cut off and die,
But one-third shall be left in
it: I will
bring the one-third through the fire, Will refine them as silver is
refined,
And test them as gold is tested. They will call on My name, And I will answer
them.
I will say, ‘This is My people’;
And each one will say, ‘The LORD is
my God.’”
Although have stated that 1/6 is a Remnant, keep in mind how when Joseph's sons
were adopted by Israel that when the Land of Israel was divided, a portion was
Not given to Joseph but to his two sons, Ephraim and Manassah, so Joseph
actually acquired "a double portion."
In this story of a type of deliverer "Joseph" and all he had endured to become
Pharaoh's homeland administrator,
we also see in the Jewish people having "a double portion.
" They would not receive "a normal
remnant but a double portion."
But because of All they have endured,
they have paid double for their sins, (Is 40:2 & Jer 16:18)
And will receive a Double portion just
as Joseph!
See Zech 14:2B, After 1/3 is serving the
Lord, "Half of the City" is taken" or 1/6 and the 'Remnant" found in 14:2B shall
not be cut off from the City!
"A Remnant in the Scriptures is 1/6!
Will All of
Israel be Saved?
The Scriptures also state
that all of Israel will be saved.
However, the Lord also declares that not all of Israel is truly Israel.
In the gospel of John, Jesus is speaking and refers to Nathaniel as a
"true
Israelite".
There will be many Jews and Gentiles who will refuse
to accept the Messiah Yeshua.
We as a Church have been commanded to tithe to the Lord, it is my strong belief
that only 1/10 or one in ten will receive Jesus Christ and endure to the end.
This little verse “endure
till the end” is very
significant! Many who once gave their hearts to Jesus have grown cold. They have
ceased to read His word, they have lost their "First Love."
Churches that teach homosexuality is not sin, all forms of abominations of the
Lord are acceptable, abortions are ok, the shedding of innocent blood. These
churches will have a form of godliness but denying the power thereof.
Most of the opposition to Jesus was not from the unbelievers!
The cynicism and outright hatred came from the “religious leaders” who because
of their own falling away now hated the Light because the Light exposed all that
they had become.
And so it will be in the very near future!
The hatred and every opposition will come from the “religious leaders” who have
become celebrities in their own right. Many have become wealthy and have chosen
to walk away from the Lord and will take many with them right in to hell.
This, as the Bible states has already occurred once. Lucifer the Archangel who
was responsible for the worship of God wanted to be worshiped himself and led a
revolt against heaven and the Lord cast out Lucifer, the devil and 1/3 of the
angels.
The Bible says that the Lord is all loving and all Just!
If indeed the Lord God is so loving and not just, why then did He not allow
rebellion from the angels?
Do we honestly believe that the Lord will not punish and destroy the man or
woman here on the earth who rebels against Him?
Whether Jew or Gentile, all must come through the Messiah!
There are many paths but only one way, one gate and one confession, and that is
Jesus the Messiah to the Jew first and also to the Gentile.
Unfortunately, there are many “Christians” who think they are saved in to the
Kingdom, however the coming revival will bring many of these in to the house of
God who previously thought they were saved. Still there will be others who will
succumb to seducing spirits from corrupt church leadership.
What the earth is about to go through will as the bible says, men’s hearts will
fail them for the great fear that will come upon the earth. The Scriptures tells
us, if it were not for the shortening of those days there would
be no life left.
I encourage you, that while you read this that if you not a believer in Jesus or you have because of some circumstance walked away from Jesus, please
take this moment and change your life forever!

The days are short and terrible events are headed squarely at America’s future
and economy. Terrorism will devastate America in a very short while. Many
Illegals of all nationalities and others who have little regard for the laws of the land will cause martial law to be put into affect to control the
violence.
Gangs will become common and every type of criminal activity will overwhelm
civil authorities. The loss of our civil rights will be forfeited “to protect us
from ourselves.”
Our manufacturing is winding down. Food, because of weather patterns will be in
short supply, fuel for homes, cars will become scarce and jobs will be few and
those who have them will work long hard days for little wages.
Basic needs will become the focus for America’s future!
We are
about to become a third world country scorned by the entire world.
America is about to be brought to
her knees!
Today is the day of salvation!
Perhaps you may leave this earth this very day by some type of accident. 99% of
all those who died yesterday had no idea it was going to be their last day on
this earth.
Hell is a very real place, It was not designed for man but was designed for the
rebellious angels. But because of man’s rebellion, he too will be included in
this place of misery.
Believe (with your heart) in the Lord Jesus and confess with your mouth that
Jesus is Lord. He is here right now, waiting for you to receive Him!
